Nowadays, the development of kolintang music is experiencing a phase of saturation, which can be said to be running in place. The marginalization of traditional kolintang musical instruments due to the increasing existence of modern music. In addition, the lack of interest in traditional musical instruments such as kolintang, including the marginalization of traditional musical instruments by modern musical instruments and the inability of traditional musical instruments to gain a place in the hearts of the younger generation. The presence of Sanggar Genessa in the Kawanua Harmony in the Jayapura Regency area seeks to find the best way to preserve traditional kolintang music in the midst of the mainstream of modern music development. Another vision is to introduce traditional kolintang music to the wider community. This research aims to find out the existence of Sanggar Genessa in Jayapura Regency, Papua in preserving traditional kolintang music. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research found that Sanggar Ganessa was established to be a forum for arts and cultural activities, especially reviving traditional kolintang music outside the Minahasa area. The concern and love of the Kawanua Family Harmony who are members of Sanggar Ganesa for kolintang traditional music can be seen from the efforts to transform this music along with developments in the modern era. This musical transformation is based on the life of the Kawanua Family Harmony which is full of love, solidarity and shared responsibility to preserve Minahasa's cultural heritage. This local art treasure has been passed down from generation to generation and is maintained not only as a form of entertainment, but also as a form of mutual care.
Aim: The study aims to verify the load created by performing a squat, with both feet and with one, with suspension training equipment, on the parameters of strength and power compared to squats without equipment; furthermore, it aims to quantify any performance differences of the two limbs in muscle power, during the bipodalic execution with and without the aid of the suspension training instrument. Methods: 24 players, youth premier league. Results: statistically significant differences have emerged in performing bipodalic squats with or without the device, regarding the peak force in the eccentric phase (p <0.01) and the concentric (p <0.0005), the average force (in eccentric and concentric phases); in monopodalic squats there are significant differences for peak power and average power (p <0.0005) during both the eccentric and concentric phases.Significant differences have been found between performance with and without the device in peak power, (concentric phase, one-legged) for the left limb (p <0.05); in bipodalic squats there are significant differences between the two limbs for peak power and peak time, both in eccentric (p <0.05) and concentric phases (p <0.0005).Conclusion: this study has emerged as the suspension training tool causes a significant decrease of body weight, of the parameters of force to the ground and the increases in terms of power expressed, but also a significant decrease in terms of power of the differences between two limbs.

Radio Plays are a form of classic American Theatre that relies on dialogue, music and sound effects to audibly enhance a story with no visual component. While these types of plays are no longer at the forefront of modern day theatrical experience, I believe these popular plays of the mid-20th century are derivative of an oral storytelling tradition and significant to American entertainment culture. This thesis will discuss the aspects of radio plays that viscerally captured audiences. While this concept can be applied to many popular America radio shows of the time, this thesis will focus on one form ; the black radio play or black situation comedy series. I will deconstruct different genres of radio shows and identify the elements of sound effect, imagery and patterns in speech. This thesis will apply these elements to programs about white family life, (Fibber McGee and The Lone Ranger ) as well as family comedies about black cultural life, (Amos n' Andy, The Martin Lone and Beulah Show and Aunt Jemima). In addition, it will also reveal the business of employing white male actors to voice the parts of black characters and the physical mechanics used to create a “black sound”. As the thesis reveals, black actors gain work and are hired to voice black characters. The focus is on the vocal challenges of staying consistent with the Uncle Remus-style dialect used by their white contemporaries. Part two of this thesis is an analysis of my role as writer in an original radio play/situation comedy set in a black community in the 1950's. Included in this process I will introduce a reflective journal documenting my writing and rehearsal process. Character research will chronicle each character’s relationship to the play, as well as the vocal choices explored.
