[Videomics in otorhinolaryngology: history of development and prospects of technology implementation].

The article deals with the issue of implementation of artificial intelligence development and prospects for the introduction of videomics in otorhinolaryngology. Videomics helps in diagnostics and treatment of ear diseases - they allow to classify and segment pathologies with high accuracy. To improve the performance of the algorithms, it is necessary to expand the image bank with attention to complex endosocopic pictures. The article emphasises the importance of addressing ethical and legal issues related to the implementation of artificial intelligence to ensure its effective use in medical practice. В статье рассматриваются развитие и перспективы внедрения искусственного интеллекта и видеомики в оториноларингологию. Видеомика помогает в диагностике и лечении заболеваний уха — позволяет классифицировать и сегментировать патологию с высокой точностью. Для улучшения работы алгоритмов необходимо расширять банк изображений, уделяя внимание сложным эндоскопическим картинам. Подчеркивается важность решения этических и правовых аспектов, связанных с внедрением искусственного интеллекта, для обеспечения его эффективного использования в медицинской практике.
